NEW LAKE HAZARDS
Monday, May 31st, 2010CAUTION!!! The water level is now (Aug 30th) at plus 2 1/2 inches on our reference post - see Water Level History under Lake Information. Many logs and rocks are now only inches below the surface. We have tried to mark them with red warning buoys and you’ll see many such buoys west of Allmans and in the north bay. But not all are marked (nor even known) so use caution. In late July two serious (and expensive) impacts with logs occured in the north bay. Some are also in Barber’s Bay.
